To ensure the smooth flow of logistics, it is important that you, as a quality inspector, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You speak English
• You are available to work 38 hours per week
• You are willing to work a two-shift schedule (08:00–16:00 & 15:30–23:30)
• You are willing to work in Bergen op Zoom
• You have your own transport or can commute via public transport

As a quality inspector, you ensure that the flow of outgoing goods runs smoothly. You are responsible for checking prepared orders before they are loaded. Additionally, you perform precise checks on orders moving along the conveyor belt via the scanner. If the weight is off, you investigate whether a product is missing or if there is an excess item. Finally, you pull approximately 10% of the orders from the outbound flow to test them for quality. The work is not physically strenuous, but it does involve a lot of movement and standing.

• You thoroughly check prepared orders before they are loaded
• You perform quality and weight checks on orders on the conveyor belt and within the outbound flow
• You are physically active (moving around and standing) to ensure the smooth flow of goods

You will be working in a close-knit, small team where everyone supports one another. The work environment is informal and collaborative. You will receive extensive on-the-job guidance to quickly master the ins and outs of the inspector role.

• Travel allowance of €0.25 per km
• You work 37.5 hours a week in two shifts
