Production Operator 3-shift

You are an enthusiastic team player who isn’t afraid to take on responsibility and can work safely both independently and as part of a team. You are proactive and enjoy variety in your work, because no two days are the same!

• You speak Dutch and/or English well
• You are available to work 38.75 hours per week
• You are available to work in three shifts (night shifts start on Sundays)
• You are willing to work in Valkenswaard
• You are physically capable of carrying out work whilst standing
• You are physically capable of lifting heavy objects
• You are available for at least 24 months
• You have an interest in metal and machinery

As a Process Operator working on a three-shift rota, you’ll start the day alongside your colleagues during the handover. You’ll then ensure the production process runs efficiently and respond promptly to any reports that could disrupt the process. Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for uncoiling and cutting metal sheets to size. You’ll work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly and contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement. Finally, you’ll carry out all these tasks with great care and work as safely as possible.

• Slitting of strip steel.
• Uncoiling of metal.
• You ensure efficient production.
• You monitor the production process.
• You identify and resolve disruptions.
• You work together with your team.
• You contribute to continuous improvement.
