Supply Chain Specialist (for Nike)

As a Supply Chain Specialist for the CEMEA region at NIKE, you will drive operational excellence to serve consumers across the connected marketplace. You will deliver results towards operational KPIs, specifically focusing on service, convenience, sustainability and profitability. In this role, you are accountable for driving and enabling end-to-end logistics in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa distributor markets.

• You have proven work experience in a supply chain function with a passion for operations.
• You bring experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class service.
• You possess analytical skills which support a result-driven approach.
• You demonstrate an innovative mentality and have a proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement.
• You have strong digital literacy, including MS office, advanced Excel, advanced SAP and Cognos. Alteryx and Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• You are an effective communicator who pays meticulous attention to detail.
• You are able to work independently and pro-actively, always keeping team success in mind.

You will utilize your strong account management and commercial experience to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Driving operational excellence through transactional and executional activities across relevant Nike systems, tools and reports to meet financial and operational targets.
• Supporting and helping drive service model differentiation and operational performance in partnership with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams.
• Acting as a key partner to both external partner teams and internal seasonal execution teams to ensure smooth execution of all pre, in and post-season activities, including responsive, order entry, OBR, shipping and delivery.
• Representing supply chain in cross-functional teams to ensure a balanced marketplace and mutual profitable growth, while influencing mechanics of inventory management.
• Acting as a change agent for transformational initiatives through hands-on contribution and quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement.
• Identifying and leading small-sized initiatives by applying project management tools and skills.
• Leading and taking responsibility for the end-to-end logistics processes, spanning from after shipment release to documentation archiving.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
