As a production worker, you must meet the following requirements:
- you are willing to work in Staphorst
- you speak Dutch or English
- you have your own car to get to work
- you are physically able to lift up to 20 kilograms
- you are available to work the 2-shift schedule
As a production worker, you’ll rotate through various departments within our company. Flexibility is key here, because you’ll step in wherever you’re needed most.
Below are the possible work schedules:
📅 Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
📅 Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Your tasks will be nice and varied, ranging from packing products and operating machines to checking product quality. The work can be physically demanding—think of lifting and standing for long periods—so a hands-on attitude is important.

If you perform well, you’ll have the chance to earn a permanent contract! You’ll work according to a fixed schedule in a friendly and diverse team of men and women of all ages. Our two-shift schedule rotates weekly: one week you’ll work the morning shift, the next week the evening shift.
