Production Supervisor Rack

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector.

• A minimum Technical High School degree is required; a college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the server or computer hardware industry is preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is essential. Proven experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components.
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Solid understanding of server rack integration/assembly is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean management is a plus.

This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality output in our production environment.

• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Managing scheduling control and ensuring adherence to production timelines.
• Maintaining material control and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Overseeing and coaching production employees and team leaders.
• Identifying production inefficiencies and suggesting actionable improvements.
• Enforcing strict safety guidelines and adherence to company standards.
