As an assistant operator in Harderwijk, you are responsible, along with your colleagues, for the production of aluminum components. These are used in various industries such as automotive, railway, and events. By operating the machines, you ensure the production of items such as train rails or aluminum sheets. After production, you inspect the products for quality. If everything is in order, you move the products to the packaging department, where the employees ensure proper packaging and prepare them for transportation. It is important to maintain a clean working environment, so you occasionally sweep the hall.

At Hydro in Harderwijk, work is done in three shifts. The shift timings are 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM, and 6:00 AM-2:00 PM.
