Jouw werkdag start om 07:30 uur. Je start de computer op onder het genot van een bakje koffie en praat wat bij met jouw collega's. Je checkt eerst of er urgente mailtjes zijn, deze pak jij natuurlijk als eerste op! Je ziet meteen dat er een spoedtransport gepland moet worden en plant deze als eerste in. Je schakelt met de magazijnmedewerkers zodat zij ook zo snel mogelijk aan de slag gaan. Zodra dit is opgepakt zorg jij ervoor dat de orders netjes en correct worden afgeboekt in SAP. Zo, de ochtend zit er alweer op.
Na de lunch met jouw collega's ga je weer verder aan de slag. Jouw collega's uit het magazijn stuiten op een probleem tijdens het orderpicken, jij kijkt mee en helpt ze hierbij. Je bent dus een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn en de klant. Je hebt contact met klanten via de mail of per telefoon, communicatieve skills zijn dus erg belangrijk!
Rond 16:30 uur verwerk jij de laatste order en zit jouw werkdag er alweer op. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt deze baan juist zo leuk!
Deze logistieke klant heeft meerdere vestigingen in Nederland, maar jij komt te werken op de site in Sas van Gent. Je komt te werken in een klein team met een goede werksfeer. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is zeker ruimte voor een kopje koffie en een gezellig praatje met collega's.
