As a Customer Service Agent at Eurail you will help customers make their European train journey go as smoothly as possible. We offer you a flexible job with a minimum of 24 hours up to 40 hours a week. You can work Monday through Sunday between 7 AM and 1 AM. After you have finished the training, you can also work from home for 50% of your workweek. The rest of the hours you will work together with your (international) colleagues at the Eurail's office near Utrecht Central Station.

You, as a customer service agent at Eurail, love helping customers and you always want to go the extra mile to answer their questions. You have amazing English skills in both reading and writing. Also, you are an empathetic person and you have the ability to read between the lines and understand the real question. You are a flexible teamplayer looking for a temporary job. It is a big plus if you have experience in a similar customer service position with a live chat.

As a customer service agent at Eurail you will be responsible for answering customers’ questions through email and the Live chat. So, it is in important that you have excellent writing skills and you are able to switch between and work with different computer systems. With your great typing skills you are able to answer the traveler's questions quickly and efficiently.

In your first three weeks you will attend training sessions where you will learn everything you need to know about the different travel passes and traveler questions. Your training will be in a group of approximately 10 people, so you'll feel right at home. The training starts the 14th of April and is mandatory.

Eurail is a very international company which offers train tickets to travel around Europe with. They provide customer service assistance in all kinds of fields. You are an experienced technical agent with a degree in IT or a related field. You also have a good understanding of API or app-based applications or web-based applications. You will be responsible for helping various departments within Eurail to answer all technical related questions. For example, a traveler is facing difficulties and the customer service department is unable to help out. This is where you step in and provide the customer service agent with the right information to solve the problem. You can also be creative with your solutions and workarounds to make the customers happy again. You will also verify, reproduce, and recategorize the issues raised with IT Ops based on impact and urgency.

Apart from this you will also look at different question trends and offer solutions for the issues. You test promotional product restrictions and functionality and see if everything performs well.

De Uber Eats app geeft aan naar welk restaurant in Utrecht je op je scooter moet rijden om een bestelling op te halen, en stuurt je vervolgens naar het juiste adres waar de klant niet kan wachten tot de deurbel rinkelt! Als je de klant blij hebt gemaakt met de bestelling, geef je dit aan in de app en ben je klaar voor je volgende bestelling.
