We are looking for a customer solutions & support controller!! Assignment is from December 2025 till the end of May 2026, with the possibility to extend!

As CS&S Controller within the BI&C Customer Value team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and consolidating financial planning and reporting processes across Customer Solutions & Support (CS&S). You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), senior stakeholders, and regional controllers to ensure high-quality decision-making and process excellence.

Functie-eisen

You are the driving force behind the financial planning and reporting rhythm within Customer Support & Services. You coordinate key processes like MOR, TAP, and LTFP, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery across stakeholders. You own the cost allocation logic and reporting for IB&S, consolidate performance insights, and guide strategic initiatives such as a rolling 6 quarter forecast.

·       Lead end-to-end coordination of CS&S MOR, TAP, and LTFP processes, ensuring timely deliverables and stakeholder awareness.

·       Collaborate with SMEs to define processes, drive improvements, and maintain a stable ‘6Q’ MOR scope.

·       Own the L3 LE process for IB&S, ensuring consistency and transparency in cost allocations.

·       Consolidate CS&S financials and deliver structured reporting to BI&C and senior stakeholders.

·       Provide ad-hoc insights and lead the yearly CT sales target reporting.

·       Align with key stakeholders including Sales Finance, BI&C CV, and BI&C Consolidated.

·       Act as SME for cost allocation logic across regions and sites.

·       Drive strategic initiatives and deep dives to enhance CS&S performance and process maturity.

The role is part of a highly driven global team, working together with different parts of the finance organization as well as with counterparts in the business environment of ASML. You will be exposed to several senior management layers in the organization.

Competenties

Education and experience

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field. You have >5 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis and a track record on process improvements and coordination.

Skills

Result oriented, team player, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, proactive and communicative personality who can connect with all layers in a demanding and highly technology driven organization.

Important skills are:

·       Strong understanding of financial planning processes and cost allocation methodologies.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools.

·       Experience with project management and process improvement is a plus

·       Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

·       Proactive and results-driven.

·       Strong organizational and coordination skills.

·       Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·       Team player with a collaborative approach.

·       Fluent in English (written and spoken)
