For a driven and ambitious international business, where there's a good working environment, we are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant Russia in Roosendaal.
The company is world leader in the design and manufacture of high temperature cutting tools (Plasma & Laser) and Water-jet cutting tools. One might wonder, is this a technology based organization and does everyone have the knowledge of these tools? The product is high-tech but most employees do not know how it works exactly, we will leave those technical aspects to the experts. What's important for you to know is that all the information needed is always just a phone call away, other departments will assist you in any questions that you do not directly know the answer to. At the office in Roosendaal there are six colleges working closely together so you can imagine it to be an intimate work environment, it is a dynamic and young team (ages between 25 and 35 years old). This company is also we very innovative and commits to product excellence, associate engagement, community service and reducing our impact on the environment.
As an Administrative Assistant you will start working on the customer service department. You will assist with completing all customer orders, requests and inquiries as well as provides service to customers and sales teams in order to consistently exceed the expectations of the Customers. Customer service should come naturally to you. You always have to do everything possible to make the customer feel good about any situation that might come forth. You will assist your colleagues by taking responsibility for the partners in Russia and other Russian speaking countries. Off course you will also assist the general customer service department if the need is to arise. Essentially you will support the customer service department in the administrative tasks, this also includes some research work, think for example of product specifications. Most of the contact with customers is by e-mail. Good to know is that the induction process will be slightly different because it concerns a temporary function
Most important aspect of this position is that you have a passion to work with customers and the ability to switch from task to task in a seamless and efficient manner. Order management experience is a advantage, but native speaking Russian and fluent English is a must.
