Your challenge 
Document and improve existing and new service parts related processes, especially around e-commerce flows. Work with Business Groups, Consumer Experience and others to streamline processes to meet product launch timelines and to manage life cycle changes in such a way that parts are available online when required and continue to be available. Establish clear feedback process from consumers back to operational teams with respect to parts availability online. 
Your actions will directly result in improved service parts availability for Philips Personal Health and thus in increasing consumer satisfaction. 

Your responsibilities 
o Work with Service Planners in the businesses, Consumer Experience team, Enterprise Information Management, IT, third party logistics providers, e-commerce team and others to 
o document existing processes 
o improve existing processes 
o develop and implement new processes 
o Develop and manage key performance indicators related to first time right product launch and maintenance scenarios including activation online 
o Create consumer feedback loop from contact centres to operational teams 
 

Functie-eisen

Your profile
o Bachelor's degree 
o 3-5 years experience in relevant roles (process engineering, continuous improvement, supply chain, e-commerce) 
o Language skills: English 

o Service and/or service parts experience 
o Italian and/or Chinese are a pre 

o Accurate 
o Persistent 
o Problem solver

Your team 
You will be part of the Global Service Parts Management team for Consumer Care, located in Eindhoven The Netherlands. You will work closely with other Consumer Care teams, regional service parts teams, Enterprise Information Management and outsourced service providers that manage a portion of the service parts supply chain on our behalf.
