Job Mission

Via Yacht, you'll work as an equipment integration engineer at one of the market leaders in the international chip industry, ASML. Here, you'll be responsible for integration of maintenance and installing periodical updates for the most advanced and complex machines and systems, in technological terms, in this sector. Job Description

Astonish your colleagues over and over again with effective machine integration for repairs and upgrades for ASML systems. In this role you keep exceeding expectations by contributing to creation, planning, preparation and release for complex repairs and upgrades. As service integrator you'll have the chance to build up your own network at ASML.

Your responsibility: 

  • Preparing and executing the service deliverables for creating system level service sequences or combined repair and upgrade sequence
  • Making the link between system functions and configuration requirements
  • Collect and align service sequences for repair and upgrade package related output from FC’s (Functional Clusters) and already available and verfied sequence steps in SI (System Integration)
  • Translating the Service strategy to Bill Of Material, service sequences, software, parts, tools, spares
  • Drive for efficient verification of service sequences by preparing and coordinating alpha test (execution to be done by Machine Integration Team and by the  EUV factory) and report alpha test progress and close the feeback with the development projects
  • Supporting service sequences validation and roll-out at customers. Driving for efficient verification of service sequences by coordinating with the Customer Support team.


You should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g. Optical Engineering, Electrical
    Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering etc.) 

There are no contraints in terms of work experience, but the following items are an advantage:

  • General proficiency with tools, systems, integration, and procedures required to accomplish the job. 
  • Experience with sensors, optics, and/or controls of such devices preferred
  • Experience in high tech industry is preferred
  • System testing and integration or configuration management
  • Semiconductor equipment development (strong plus)
