Senior Business Analyst Order to Cash
Are you experienced in the sales process, primarily in a B2C context? Is this experience been gained in the FMCG industry and do you know how to translate business requirements and process designs into SAP solutions? Our client has the ideal role for you.
You will use your ability to analyze, design and optimize end-to-end processes and will work with other business analysts and functional consultants, as well as business process owners, on a variety of business improvement projects, often to tight deadlines.
This can be a great opportunity to make the most of your consultancy and communication skills. You are a good team player with strong planning and organizational skills, you're sensitive to the needs of a business and have a real flair for translating those needs into IT concepts. Indeed, when it comes to suggesting IT solutions that will bring about real business improvements you are both proactive and highly influential.
In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in process analysis and optimization, requirements analysis and design. You have a minimum of 1 year experience with SAP ECC and you have done at least 1 full cycle SAP implementation. You need to understand large ERP environments, you don't have te be a SAP specialist. Preferably, you have a solid understanding of the FMCG business (both B2C and B2B), combined with an outside-in view on digital capabilities like CRM, eCommerce, and Business Intelligence (e.g. on Point of Sales data, market data, distributor sales data).
Furthermore you have to be a team player, structured thinker and strong communicator. You are also capable to manage small/mid size projects, have to be self-organized and be able to organize a (small) team.
You need to have good presentation skills and be able to simplify complex IT matters to Business. You are quick learner and speak fluently English.

Salary range is € 4.500 - € 5.300 (depending on the years of expertise) with bonuses. The interviews will be held in 2 rounds.

Next, the Digital Sales & Marketing program aims to ‘move the needle’ in the way the Client applies Digital capabilities to catch, connect, convert and contain its (online) consumers. Project examples within the program are rollouts of eCommerce to specific markets, CRM to digitize their salesforce, Store Intelligence, and distributor programs.
The Process Transformation Office (PTO) is supporting the implementation of Summit from an End to End process perspective. The PTO and the global Digital Sales & Marketing team work with their various Client IT organizations (embedded within the Business Groups) in both projects and continuous improvement programs.
