We offer a direct contract with the client. The salary is 10€/hour. Between 32 and 40hrs per week (4 or 5 days/week). Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30 till 21:00, and Saturday from 10:00 till 17:00 (min of 2 evenings/week and 1 saturday/month). Travel costs will be reimbursed, according to the company’s policy (max 9,50€/day). Flexible working hours, dynamic environment and opportunity to grow. Located close to Amsterdam Science Park, in walking distance to the train station. Start date as soon as possible (max mi-november).
You are responsible for different administrative tasks for the German team. You work within fixed procedures where a high dose of independence is expected. If you see opportunities for improvement within their processes, procedures and systems, your input is more than welcome. You will have the space for this in various workgroups and / or projects.

- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- You speak a good level of German (minimum B2, with very good writing skills) and fluent English
- Dutch is a plus
- Your working and cognitive abilities are on a Bachelor level
- You have experience working with CRM systems and learn quickly new processes
- You have good communication skills and enjoy doing administrative tasks to help others
- You live less that 45 min away from Amsterdam Science Park station.
