The Global leader in manufacturing of innovative protective packaging products and systems is welcoming an Italian speaking Customer Service Representative. As a customer service representative your focus is to reach high customer satisfaction!
You will be part of the driven Customer Service Europe team. As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customers and the company by answering, transferring and monitoring reported service calls. Exceeding customer expectations and sharing your product knowledge are part of your daily job. Thanks to your personal drive to ensure customer satisfaction, distributors and end customers will have a great customer experience and effective relationship with this global leader. Additional you support the sales representatives, distributors and engineer. In other words you know how to manage and organize the sales order from offer to invoice.
Speaking (near) native Italian, preferrably good Spanish and fluent in English is required for this Customer Service position. Your several years of experience in customer relationship management and order processing makes you a valuable team member.
