You will bring:
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience; digital experience is essential, with brand or retail marketing being a bonus.
- Demonstrable experience building and bringing marketing plans and/or digital consumer journeys to life.
- Proven project management skills; you are not afraid of daily operational tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with and interest in data: you can both analyze data and use it to define insights and strategies.
- Ideally, you are familiar with tools like Keynote, AirTable, Figma, and Adobe Analytics.
- You are an absolute 'self-starter' who takes initiative, both independently and as part of a team.
- You are flexible and can comfortably navigate ambiguity in a complex organization.
You will be part of a passionate team of EMEA Digital Marketing Directors and (Lead) Professionals. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners, including Brand Marketing, Nike Digital, Merchandising, DSM, City Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and external agencies.
You will work closely with colleagues from Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Content Operations. You play a crucial supporting role in Nike's major seasonal campaigns. A selection of your responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: You will help develop seasonal plans for Nike's digital platforms (like the Nike app, website, email, and social media).
- Campaign Management: You will independently manage the timelines and deliverables for campaigns: from the creative brief to the final go-live.
- Optimization: You will analyze campaign performance and use these insights to continuously innovate and discover new opportunities.
- Collaboration: You will work daily in cross-functional teams and ensure early and clear alignment between all involved marketing, platform, and business teams.
- Focus on the Consumer: You will dig into the details of the end-to-end digital consumer journey and use data and insights to create the best digital experience for the Jordan brand.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
