Our client is an international company specialized in sealing and securing valuable goods and it is located in Sassenheim which is close to Leiden (only 15 minutes by Sprinter). The core business of the company is the tailor-made provision of supply chain solutions and they have four branches in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Poland. If you find security interesting the position as Inside Sales Representative is your opportunity to work in an international environment as a commercial employee with lots of developmental opportunities. As an Inside Sales Representative you are part of a friendly and close sales department.

The tasks:
You need to speak German fluently since you will have a close cooperation with German customers and colleagues from the field staff. As an Inside Sales Representative you can expect to travel often to Germany depending on the business needs. As a support to the German field staff, you will set up offers for customers and you will find solutions to their questions and problems by means of cross and up-selling. You will be also responsible for the order processing and management. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending samples and for managing phone calls and emails in the German language. Finally, you will have a close collaboration with the account manager.

This is a full-time Inside Sales position and you will be directly employed by the organization! We offer you the opportunity to develop at this international company and to take a long-term employment contract. The salary is € 2,500 gross per month, based on 40 hours (full-time), 8% holiday allowance and yearly 5% commission.
Finally, as this is a new market for the company, you will have the opportunity to create and develop this job and the German market.

You have minimum MBO level and 1-3 years of relevant commercial experience.
