who you are

To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you as a warehouse employee meet the following requirements:

  • You are 18 years or older;
  • You can work in Poeldijk;
  • You have your own transport;
  • You are full-time available;
  • You are available between 16:00 PM and 1:00 AM;
  • You speak Dutch or English;
  • You have demonstrable experience driving an EPT;
  • You will be available within a month.

what will you do

As an order picker, you will use a voice-picking system to collect orders. You will receive instructions through a headset on which products to pick. You will place the products in a roll container and move them with an order-pick truck. All products in the warehouse are fresh and need to stay cool, with a maximum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius. In the freezer area, the temperature is even below 0 degrees. Because you work in a cold environment, you will get an extra allowance on top of your salary.

  • Collect orders via voice-picking;
  • Use an order-pick truck;
  • Prepare products for shipment.

where will you work

Bidfood is a large company in the food service industry, providing fresh products, among other things. Bidfood has 16 locations in the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. They serve around 25,000 clients across the country.

Regular bonuses:
Saturday between 17:00 - 24:00 and Sunday: 100% extra.

Cold work allowances:
Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius: €0.53 extra per hour.
Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius: €1.22 extra per hour.

  • Training period in Schiedam (also morning shifts) before working in Poeldijk;
  • Plenty of extra bonuses;
