Operator in training

As an Operator in training at Albelli, you will have the opportunity to develop into a full-fledged machine operator within a dynamic and innovative work environment. Albelli is a leading company in the production of photo books, wall art, and other unique photo products. In this role, you will learn the ropes, working with modern machines and technologies to ensure our high-quality standards are met.

As an operator, you have a strong interest in technology and production processes and are motivated to learn new skills. You work accurately and have a keen eye for quality and safety. Also, you are a team player who cooperates well and is open to feedback and guidance. Flexibility is key, as you are willing to work in shifts and maintain a proactive attitude. A technical education at least at MBO level is a plus but not required.

• Available full-time for all three shifts;
• Possibly available on weekends;
• Have your own transportation (car, scooter, or bike).

As an operator in training, you will learn step by step how to operate our modern machines. You will ensure that our products are always of top quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly. As you learn and grow in your role, you will directly contribute to creating beautiful photo products.

• Operating and setting up machines
