- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Empathetic with the ability to reassure and assist customers facing problems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English.
- Collaborative and a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and comfortable with ERP-systems.
- Knowledge and interest in technical aspects is a plus.
- Minimum of MBO 3/4 education level in an administrative, commercial, or technical field.
- Engage in telephone communication with customers, service partners, and colleagues.
- Process orders and service tickets using the ERP system.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage maintenance contracts from quoting to scheduling visits and all stages in between.
- Contribute actively to the department's growth through innovative thinking.
- Organize training sessions for service partners and customers.
