Are you a quick learner and good with time management? Then this vacancy is an interesting opportunity to develop yourself in an administrative customer service environment. In this job you will work a lot with numbers and a mistake can cause a monetary loss to the company. Therefore it is important that you are very accurate, concentrated and focused.

- Experience with SAP is a plus!
Together with your sales assistant colleagues you will assist the whole salesteam and especially the sales manager. The role consists of mainly administrative tasks, such as order processing in the computer systems. In order to complete the orders from business customers, you will be in contact with the finance and supply chain teams. You will communicate mostly via email and sometimes also by phone. Direct contact with customers will happen occasionally.
- 1st point of contact for the business customers
- Assist internal departments in implementing various projects
- Price list maintenance
- Order processing / status updates
- Basic customer level reporting (overview of IOUs, deliveries, open order, credit, etc.)
- Review & clear system data
The company is a leading provider of security products and solutions and their EMEA office is in the Netherlands. You and your team are responsible for all the sales activities across the EMEA regio. Next to the HQ is their warehouse where all the products are stored. The company has an informal and Chinese style.
