For the well-known Amsterdam-based lifestyle brand, CLUSE, we are looking for an enthusiastic (near) native German-speaking Customer Service Representative.

Who are you, as our perfect German-speaking Customer Service Representative candidate for CLUSE ?

• You are available between 16 and 40 hours per week;
• You speak German and English fluently;
• You preferably have experience in a customer-facing position;

With Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas and New Year's Eve around the corner CLUSE's customer service team needs extra help!
With your positive energy and people skills you will ensure that all customers' requests will be solved in an efficient and timely manner by:

• You will be in close contact via chat, email, or social media with German-speaking customers;
• You will reply to questions about lost packages, orders and products;
• You will work in close contact with other departments such as the Sales, Finance, and Logistics Team;

• Opening times are 09.00-17.30;
• You are available 16, 24,32,40 hours per week;
