You do not need any experience to work at HAK as a production employee. If you can carry a sense of responsibility, can work well focused and have small fine hands, then this is definitely for you!
- You speak the Dutch language.
- You have your own transport.
- You are available to work in 3 shifts.
As a production employee you will work in a three-shift system. It is a Monday to Friday job and you have the weekend off. The three shifts consist of a morning shit [06:00-14:00], then the afternoon shift [14:00-22:00], and the evening shift [22:00-06:00]. It is important that you properly check the quality of the products and that you comply with the safety rules. In addition, you will also perform heavy physical work. You may have a little muscle pain for the first weeks. But then you can enjoy sports at the same time, right? As a production employee you have the following tasks:
- You are going to unload the containers.
- Perform physical work.
- You make sure the production line is clean.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- You dump bags of vegetables.
The company has an open and informal culture. You are always free to go to someone. Also if you have questions of if you want to talk about something. As a production employee, you help ensure that everything runs smoothly on the shop floor. Together with your help, the products will reach the supermarket on time!
- Salary based on experience and knowledge.
- Possibilities for part-time work, you can determine your own hours!
- Temporary work up to and including week 51.
