• You can speak English fluently and can read Dutch work instructions;
• You have at least a vocational (MBO) level of education, with a degree in MLO or HLO being highly welcome;
• You are available to work full-time from Monday to Sunday in Leiden.

As a production worker, you will be assigned to one of the six departments at Janssen Biologics and be part of the support team. In this role, you will perform core tasks and supportive, routine activities. At first, the tasks will be carried out under the guidance of an experienced employee. Once you show proficiency in a task, you will be allowed to perform it independently without supervision. Your responsibilities will include providing materials and other resources. Below, you can read about what you will do on a typical workday:

• Replacing filters;
• Conducting pressure tests;
• Emptying washers;
• Assembling containers;
• Supplying the necessary materials to departments.

The medications produced by Janssen Biologics in Leiden are injectable fluids that are ultimately administered directly into the patient's bloodstream. So, clean and precise work is of utmost importance in this production process. All employees, including production worker, wear special suits and adhere to strict safety and quality standards known as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). The work takes place in a clean room to meet hygiene requirements
