You have technical insight, preferably at MBO 2 or 3 level, and can communicate peculiarities and malfunctions in a clear way to your colleagues. You know how to work safely and ensure that the machines can continue to do their work.

As an Operator Packaging, you carry a lot of responsibility. Your main task is to make sure that all products end up in the right packaging. Do you see that the machines are not performing well? Then you adjust them independently. Of course, experienced colleagues will first train you and explain everything to you. If faults or stoppages occur, you first see what you can solve yourself. If necessary, you call in the help of your colleagues from the technical department. Fortunately, you are not alone; you work closely with colleagues who are just as motivated and technically driven as you are.

The company you will be working for is an innovative and leading European manufacturer of pet food with over 600 customers in 40 markets. They are active in food chains such as, supermarkets, pet stores and veterinarians. They are the second largest producer of private label pet food in Europe.
