You are a real technology enthusiast. You enjoy tinkering and immediately investigate a malfunction. Flamco would like to invest in your development. As an operator, there are plenty of opportunities. You will receive good guidance and can work independently within a short period. • You have an affinity with technology;
• You already have some experience as an operator;
• You are available fulltime and willing to work in three shifts;
• You have a good command of the English or Dutch language
• You have experience working with the latest computer systems (PLC)

As an operator at Flamco in Almere, you work in three shifts. A new line is currently being built, which you and your team will be working on. You work alternately in the morning (07:00-15:00), afternoon (15:00-23:00) and night shift (23:00-07:00). As an operator, we challenge you to think along about the highest possible production number per day. Because that's how it goes at Flamco, innovating together towards a better working environment.

• Operate and set up and adjust the machines;
• Program the machines;
• Converting the production lines;
• Troubleshooting;
• Carrying out minor maintenance.
