Operator (direct contract)

• Experience as an operator in the metal industry
• Experience with converting and setting up machine lines
• Experience with teaching robots
• Education in technology (minimum level 2)
• Willing to work overtime, possibly also on weekends

Depending on your shift schedule, your working day starts at 07:00 or 15:30. Your working day starts with a team meeting in which will be explained which production lines are running. Also whether there are any malfunctions and who will start at which line. Then you go to work, you ensure that the machines at the lines can keep on running correctly. You do this by properly setting up and maintaining the machine.
In order to ensure that production keeps running, you fix the minor malfunctions on the line yourself. This is where your tinkering experience comes in handy! Before the product leaves the door, you carry out a quality check. In short: a varied and challenging position at a great company!

• Converting presses, setting them up and preparing them for production
• Responsible for operating, checking and keeping the production lines running
• Checking the production visually and by a checklist
• Eliminating minor disturbances and performing first line maintenance
• You keep all information administratively in the systems
