As a cell operator at voestalpine in Bunschoten-Spakenburg you have a lot of responsibility. You work accurately and can switch quickly when there is a malfunction within your cell. If things go well after 6 months of work, you have the opportunity to grow to Dedicated Cell Owner (DCO). In this position you are responsible for keeping production running. You switch between different cells, the team leader and TD.

As a cell operator at voestalpine you work in the assembly department. Here the pressed metal parts are assembled so that they are ready for shipment. About 10 to 15 different parts are processed every day, so no day is the same. After 6 months we will evaluate together. If you grow to DCO, you will be given a lot of responsibility. You keep the cell running and make an analysis in the event of malfunctions. If you can solve the problem yourself within 30 minutes, do so. If this is not possible, you can call in the help of the Technical Service.

  • Convert cell, set it up and prepare for production
