As a production worker at Mentor you don't have to bring any work experience or specific education. Your motivation to work at this company is the most important! If you like work in a team and work accurately and you take responsibility, then this job is for you!

• You have a basic level of English in reading because all instructions are in English;
• You can work from Monday to Sunday in two shifts from 6:30 AM - 14:45 PM and 14:30 PM - 23:00 PM;
• You are able to perform physically heavier work.

As a production worker, you can work at different departments at Mentor. In this job, you work with breast prosthetics. You will develop products that make a difference around the world. Most of the time, you work in a clean room. You will carry out different activities, depending on which department you work. You can think of texturing, ultrasonics and enlarging. The work is physically heavier and you have to work accurately. If you start working as a production worker, you will work in two shifts. Two days of the morning shift (6:30 to 14:45), two days of the evening shift (14:30 to 23:00) and then two days off. Because of this, you will also regularly work in the weekend.

• Working in a clean room;
• Texturing, ultrasonics (clean fibering) and enlargement of breast prosthetics;
• Working in a team.

• Possibly a Mentor contract after 6 months;
• The location is easily accessible with public transport or own transport. You get 100% travel allowance when you come with public transport, otherwise you get €0.21 per kilometer;
• You work 4 days in a week and then you are 2 days off;
• Mentor is part of Johnson & Johnson. There's a good working atmosphere and there are people working from different nationalities;
