Credit Collection Specialist French and Dutch Speaking

Are you comfortable with administrative tasks, easy to learn new software, able to be persuasive but friendly, and fluent in French and Dutch?
Having prior experience in Credit Collection is a big plus!

Then you might be the Credit & Collection Specialist I'm looking for!

Who are you as a Credit Collection Specialist:

• You speak French and Dutch at a fluent level;
• You have previous experience in the Credit Collection department or you are eager to learn;
• You have experience in a Customer facing position;
• Affinity with SAP is a plus;

What are some of the tasks of the Credit Collection Specialist role:

• You are managing a portfolio of clients whom you will liaise with regarding the payment of invoices;
• You will interact internally and externally across functions, contacting customers and internal services to identify problem’s routes and manage them in a timely and efficient manner;
• Responsibilities include managing and reviewing aging reports, contacting business (B2B) clients regarding open and unpaid invoices, and contributing to collections targets each month, individually and as a European team.
• You will also be negotiating payment plans where needed, requesting write-offs of aged/small amounts, and issuing reminder letters and statements when needed.
