You are the perfect production planning specialist when you are a strong organizer. Also, you have no problem in managing many different things at the same time. Prioritizing is a quality that you have. Also you recognize yourself in the following:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
As the production planning specialist you are incharge of planning and controlling all production activities. You will analyze all orders and plan and prioritize them so that production goals will be met. You will be in close contact with managers to improve procedures. Also, you will:
- oversee the production plan and make adjustments when needed
- prepare and submit status and performance reports (efficiency, turn-around-time, KPI etc.) and present to Production Managers
- escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
