I'm looking for a German-speaking tech support employee to strengthen the department of my newest client, a rapidly growing software for Contact Centers development company.

A good fit for a tech support employee position should have:

• Fluency in the German and English language;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Affinity with IT/ software;
• Experience in a Call center is a plus;

The tasks of the German-speaking technical support employee are:

• Help the clients with their technical issues and product-related questions via phone, chat, and mail;
• Test new functionalities for the software before it will go live for clients;
• Make an inventory of our customer's wishes and translate them to our product and IT department;
• Think along in possibilities to make the department run even better and more smoothly;
