Sales Support Administrator

You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

• A High School Diploma (AA degree preferred)
• 1 - 2 years of tech industry experience
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, in English and Germain

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to their valued customers. In this role, you will be in charge of the processing orders, monitoring inventory. Additionally you'll be providing top-notch support to our field sales team. You'll collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement. As well as help in developing training materials for our customers. You also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and initiatives. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, and pricing
• Help the sales team with data entry tasks and provide backup support when needed
• Collaborate with production, accounting, and RMA teams to track assembly order schedules, expedite pending repair orders, and process orders
• Prepare sales meetings, presentations, and marketing materials for email blasts
• Generate monthly and quarterly sales and forecasting reports
