The Trade Execution support employee will support coordinating and planning import processes. He or she will support customs documentation and shipment of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will provide administrative support to import licenses and completing transactions associated with the import in time. You like numbers and you work easily in Excel.
- Maintain established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners
- Help in executing pre and post loading processes
- Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations
- Help prepare customer export orders
- Deal with moderately complex clerical, administrative or customer support issues under general supervision
