Working in Culemborg
As a forklift driver, you don't need a certificate! Randstad will ensure that you obtain one through us. If you already have experience or a certificate, that's a plus! Would you like a direct pay raise of € 1? Obtain your man-up certificate as well! Also, you live in the Culemborg area or are willing to travel there by your own means of transport.
- You pass an internal skills test.
- Not afraid of heights, and willing to obtain a forklift and man-up certificate;
- Full-time available and willing to work in three-shift system: 7:30- 16:15, 16:00-01:00, and 22:00-06:00 hrs.
As a forklift driver, you will work in a three-shift system from Sunday to Friday. 25% of your day you will operate a man-up truck, also known as OPT. This involves going up to heights yourself, to place pallets of books high up in the racks. You will collect books and ensure that orders are prepared for shipping. You will also perform some administrative tasks, such as:
- You are doing physical work
- Preparing orders for shipping;
- Placing the pallets high up in the racks;
- Placing pallets of books in racks using a forklift, reach truck, and man-up truck;
- Administrative tasks.
