The team leader that we are looking for already has some leadership experience and knowledge of the logistic processes. You are confident and good at training/motivating a team.
Further, you recognize yourself in the following bullets.

• You're flexible and stress resistant;
• Has a proactive mindset;
• You work accurately and structured;
• Has experience with WMS-systems;
• Has excellent communication skills.

As warehouse team leader you are responsible for the coordination and guidance of a team motivated warehouse workers. You make sure all the processes run smoothly and everything goes according to plan. You analyze KPI's and report to the supervisor. Also, you're proactively involved in projects to improve the current processes.
