Customer Service Representative

You are interested in customer service and also may have already had some experience in this industry. You do not mind to be creative and when you see something that can be improved, you are not shy to share your ideas. You know your way around but when it comes down to it, you do not mind to ask for help when needed. Furthermore, you speak fluent Dutch OR German, combined with good English communication skills.

You will assist the Technical Support Team with administrative tasks and organization. You will make sure that everything runs smoothly and you will make phone calls when necessary. It is not required to have a technical background but an interest in technical subjects regarding cars is highly appreciated.

You will be working at the new Customer Engagement Centre in Maastricht. The employer stands for teamwork, creativity and game-changers. Strict hierarchy is not visible here! Working hours are between 17:00-21:00 or 15:00-19:00. You need to be available at least 2 shifts (of 4 hours) per week.
