The main activities are performing regular maintenance, repairing of existing hardware. Also upgrading existing hardware to enhance compute or storage capacity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities
- Moving of existing and decommissioning of old hardware
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement
