- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities

As an It engineer, you will provide technical support to end users and workstations. You also diagnose and solve technical problems. You make sure everything is well documented and checked.
- Identify, prioritise and escalate issues requiring immediate attention
- Installing and configuring authorised software
- Support and management for Windows server environments
