- Fluency in a Nordic language plus English
- System tool agility eg. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, SFDC, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suit
- Experience in a Customer Facing role
- Knowledge of the customer order management cycle and supply chain processes is a plus!
As a customer relation specialist, you are responsible for the execution of the SLS customer relations process according to the internal policies and practices. In this position, you manage and process customers’ orders and quotes and provide information about products, services, and order status. Proceed with improvement initiatives, challenge processes, and seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently.
- Attend to customers' inquiries via all media, according to SLS agreement;
- Proactively look for solutions to customer issues;
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints using the quality management system
- Communicate and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders
