As a teamleader you have followed a MBO logistics course. In addition, you have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position. It is also important that you master the English language. This is important because the systems are in English and many colleagues only speak English. You have to convince your colleagues! You are also willing to work in 3 shifts [06:00-15:00, 15:00-24:00 and 21:00-06:00} and once every 3 weeks on Saturday. It is also nice if you already have knowledge about LEAN and warehouse material.
