This role enables a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation, and service delivery in the areas of WFA. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to WFA. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles to provide expertise to triage and managing employee life cycle activities for the respective Dow locations.
Next to this, you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR practices with ability to work in matrix organization with multiple stakeholders independently
• Fluency in English & German
• You can work fluently with multiple technology platforms, strong command over MS-Office
• You have a collaborative and innovative mindset

As a Workforce Administration Representative, you act as the first contact for workforce administration inquiries across various disciplines. The Workforce Administration Representative is empowered to support and perform transactional activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best in class Employee Experience. You also may act as a resource for less experienced staff.

Other tasks for the position of Workforce Administration Representative are:

• Processing all employee lifecycle  (Onboarding, Job changes, Personal Data changes, Reporting and Terminations) related transactions from onboarding to separation.
• Acting as primary point-of-contact for workforce administration inquiries (via phone, chat, and eRequest), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
• Delegating and escalating queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion.
• Tracking progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries.
• Engaging in improving Service Now Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience.
• Supporting oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and eRequest queries, etc.).
• Engaging in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume). And have the ability to work on cross discipline projects.
