• Upon joining our team, you’ll have completed your degree (bachelor or master) in HR or any related field
• You have a customer focused mindset, a talent for data interpretation and a passion for people.
• You have great communication & interpersonal skills.
• You are multilingual. For this role we are seeking a candidate who speaks both English and German (required) and preferably also Dutch.
• You are living within a commuting distance of Terneuzen.

We are looking for a colleague who is eager to develop a career in Human Resources in an international environment. This client facing role is your starting point. You will be responsible for handling HR queries from employees in our region in an efficient and effective manner. You will be the primary point of contact and perform actions to enable HR business processes while ensuring continuous feedback to the requestors. You will get to know the HR organization in Dow including its different disciplines: Payrolling, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Talent & Learning. In this role you will develop as an HR
generalist by building your network, knowledge, skills and experience. Based on your interest, ambition and talent, you may be offered the opportunity to move to one of the HR disciplines as a next step in your career.
