As Team Lead Warehouse, you are experienced and know about all jobs in the warehouse. You like to mentor and educate others so they and the work process grow. Communication is key! Assisting others when needed is a matter of course for you. And additional tasks are challenges.
As a Team Lead Warehouse you oversee and prioritize the tasks. You will make sure at the end of the day, all work is done. The team lead can motivate and instruct the warehouse workers. You optimize the work process, so mistakes are prevented. Safety and security is important for you. You will follow company warehouse policies, procedures and WIP. Also, you will organize team’s presence. In short: as a Team Lead Warehouse, you manage the process well and correct.
Super Micro is a global leader in high server technology and innovation of IT. The servers are built in their own production department which is located in Den-Bosch. This takes place in the warehouse department and for this department we are looking for several candidates!
