Storemanager

For an American multinational chain of coffeehouses, we are looking for a storemanager with multiple years of experience in management. The store is located in Utrecht and it will be a full time job. You will get an immediate contract with the company itself. Do you have a passion for coffee and speak fluently English? Have a look at the below vacancy!

We are looking for a manager who is experienced in managing a team. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staff decisions. You're experienced ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
Further, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

• Fluently English verbal and writing skills;
• You have at least three years of experience as a manager in retail or hospitality;
• Target driven is one way of leading. You prefer to focuson the people first, because thanks to them you achieve the targets;
• You can plan and organize, your store does not manage itself, but you can also delegate;
• Knowledge of customer service techniques.

You will be the manager of a team. Therefore, you will be responsible for setting goals for the other employees and for their coaching and development.

As the storemanager you will also be accountable for:

• Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities;
• Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring result;
• Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunitiesand building effective teams.
