Do you have a sophisticated fashion sense and would you like to work for a luxury clothing brand? Then start as a customer service representative at Aurélien. As a customer service representative at Aurélien you are the first point of contact for the customer via e-mail and live chat.
You are available 36 to 40 hours per week and you start with a contact.

As a customer service representative, you will be the main point of contact at Aurélien via email and live chat. You communicate with customers all over the world. You have great communication skills in English. Do you also speak Dutch? That's a big plus but not required.

Furthermore, you have the following characteristics:

• You can handle stress well;
• You are enthusiastic and you have affinity with fashion;
• You are empathetic and you know how to persuade people;
• You have at least obtained a MBO-4 diploma;

You will start with an extensive training period after which you will be completely Aurélien-minded as they like to say. As a customer service representative at Aurélien, you will give advice via email and live chat when customers have questions about their items. Is someone unable to order an item online? You are ready to help the customer as professionally as possible. Did something go wrong with shipping? You figure it out and make sure the customer is happy in the end.

You also help to continuously improve processes and systems. You are able to identify online bottlenecks and ensure the optimal customer experience.

Aurélien is a fast-growing, international company in the luxury fashion industry. They offer footwear, clothing, and accessories in a timeless Mediterranean style. The products are made in ateliers in Italy, Spain and Portugal. You will work in a small team, who like to socialize but also have heart for the business.
