Like to tinker? Do you tinker with things for your hobby? Do you sometimes tinker with your motorbike or do you actually have experience as a car mechanic? We have opportunities at different levels. So if you have an affinity for tinkering, you are more than welcome!

what will you do

You will be working at Mainfreight as a mechanic at the John Deere department. In this department, the John Deere products arrive. From there, the machines have to be assembled. The wheels are attached and made ready for delivery to the buyer. Here's where you get to work! From relatively easy operations like changing wheels to completely independently assembling a tractor. This involves technical, mechanical and electrical skills, where you also have to be able to read and execute a construction plan. As mentioned, there are various possibilities for entry at different levels.

  • assembling tractors;
  • changing wheels;
  • cleaning up the tractors;
  • reading and executing construction plans.
