For CEVA Logistics in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a enthusiastic customer service employee. This role requires a social and administrative employee who is customer orientated. You will receive a temporary contract with opportunities for a fixed contract. You will work at a brand-new distribution center in Nieuwegein.

You are analytical and socially skilled. Because of that, you can help our clients move further. You're good in providing solutions and opportunities to satifsy our customers. Moreover, you are pro-active and a entrepeneur in your daily work. You are available for 40 hours a week between monday and friday. At last, you're experienced with Microsoft office and especially good with Excel.

As a customer service employee, you are the first reachout for our clients. You will analyse the question or complaint of the client and will look for solutions. You need to be solution-oriented for all the problems you will face. These questions and complaints can come from every step in the logistic proces. Because of that, you will need to manage the clients expectations. To do this, you need to be in contact with your direct colleagues (customer service and transport), the operational area and external clients.

  • Customer contact by phone and e-mail;
  • Find solutions for questions and complaints in a correct manner;
  • Analysing problems and providing correct and fast solutions;
  • Build a good relationship with the client and your colleagues;
  • Make sure to administrate everything correctly;
  • Provide improvement proposals and making analyses.

You will work at a brand-new location in Nieuwegein. You will work with your colleagues from there and report directly to the contract suporvisor. This work requires teamwork to provide the best solutions for the clients and you will work in dayshifts between 08:00 and 18:00 hours. The work will be done from monday till friday.
