As a logistics coordinator at Segway-Ninebot you have to be good at planning and organizing. You are accurate and love to take initiative. Furthermore, you are stress resistant and have an attention to detail and accuracy.
You can check the following boxes:
- An HBO education (in logistics / supply chain)
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written. (Dutch and Chinese will be a plus)
- Experience with ERP-systems (Exact is a plus)
- Experience with B2B communication
As logistics coordinator within the logistics department you are in charge of processing and controlling the customer demands. You see possible difficulties and organize solutions for these challenges.
You will be the point of contact for the costumers regarding questions about transport, documentation and orders. Also, you will analyze the costs and stock.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following things:
- Administrative processing of the orders
- Send orders to the warehouses
- Set-up KPI performance
- Have contact with Sales and Finance department
Segway-Ninebot is big company who sells luxury electronic products all over the world. The company designs, produces and sells transport products (B2B and B2C). Examples of the products are e-scooters and kickscooters.
