At TSYS in Barneveld (easy to reach from Amersfoort) you work with personal and confidential data. Reliability is an important quality for this job. Also, you like to help people and you like to work at the office. Working from home is not an option because the systems you work with cannot be installed at home. We are looking for people who master the English language. Can you also speak German, French or Spanish fluently? Then your salary will go up. Also:
- you are available at least 1 evening per week and 1 to 2 weekend days per month;
- previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
As a customer service employee in Barneveld you work together with your team for various banks. Your customers are active all over the world and are supported in different languages. Your job is to answer user questions and solve problems. For example, you can get questions about how someone can view their balance or how to transfer money. You can get such questions over the phone, but they can also be sent by email. Everything handled well? Great! Then you make sure that you log these conversations properly, so that all data is in the right place.
The working hours are flexible between 07:00 and 22:00. On average you will work 1 to 2 evenings a week and 1 to 2 weekend days a month. This depends on your availability.
